Made by Thalia Campbell for the Peace Train from Helsinki to Beijing, Union Jills to replace the Union Jack. As Women Delegates to the 4th UN Womens Conference we did not want to be mistaken for football hoolgans when we hung them from the train window on the three week train journey through 10 countries. We were 240 delegates from 40 countries.
